4. Platform Usage & Restrictions

You cannot do anything that hurts the integrity of FOMO7 platform.

Restricted activities:

  • Using bots, automated systems, hacks or scripts.
  • Accessing another user’s account without permission.
  • Doing fraudulent or suspicious activity, fake chargebacks.
  • Using VPN to hide location if your state bans gaming.
  • Abusing our support team or trying to hack or copy our site.

If you do this, we can put temporary or permanent restriction on your account under the legal terms for betting platform.

5. Payments & Transactions

All transactions on FOMO7 are done in a safe manner, but you should understand:

  • Deposits: UPI, Net Banking, Cards, USDT. Most UPI deposits are instant, but sometimes gateway hangs late night or on weekends, so it can take 20-30 mins. If more than that, drop UTR on WhatsApp.
  • Withdrawals: We try to send money back to the same method you used. UPI to UPI, crypto to crypto. This is for your safety. Minimum limits are shown on payment page and can change.
  • We usually clear withdrawals within 24 hours. USDT is faster. Bank can take 24-48 hours on holidays.
  • Verification: Any transaction may be subject to verification before processing. If it’s a big amount or looks fishy, we may ask for basic docs.
  • You can’t just deposit and withdraw without playing at least one game. That will be flagged as misuse.
  • We don’t save your full card number, CVV or UPI PIN. That’s handled by payment company.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

  • Technical errors, downtime or failure.
  • Service interruptions due to gateway, bank, or your internet.
  • Loss or damage caused by external circumstances or Force Majeure.

If the site is down or game stuck, we will help on WhatsApp, but we are not liable for losses due to things not in our control. In any case, our max liability will not be more than what you deposited in last 30 days.
